Returns and Replacements:
We accept returns or replacements only for unopened items or opened items with manufacturing defects. If your order contains an incorrect item, a defective item, or is missing a component, please contact us at info@blackbriarindustries.com and we will be happy to assist you. To help us process your request efficiently, please include a photo of all items in the package for verification.

Warranty Policy:
Blackbriar Industries provides a one-year limited warranty for the Echo (LR) Target System, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to both the Base Station and Target Sensor. Excluded from coverage are damages resulting from improper mounting, direct or indirect bullet impacts, misuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications, battery degradation, or environmental conditions. If a defect arises within the warranty period, Blackbriar Industries will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective unit. Customers are responsible for return shipping; Blackbriar will cover the cost of replacement shipping.
