SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, often within 2 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the shipping carrier and destination.

Firearm Shipping Policy:
Blackbriar Industries is not a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder and cannot ship or receive firearms. All firearms must be shipped to an authorized FFL dealer, with no exceptions.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. While we do ship to P.O. Boxes, please note that some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your shipment is returned for this reason, we will contact you to provide a standard street address before attempting reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:
Blackbriar Industries is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods to support your claim.
